User Task

The first task that I performed was registering in order to be able to shop online. This proved to be easier than I initially thought it would be. Personally I think the system that Pick 'n Pay uses for it's registration process is rather logical and easy to navigate through. There was however one issue I had that caused some uncertainty, this was the "street number" which turns out to be your house number, just something I picked up that could cause some confusion. Other than that I feel that the system is rather good, yet my perspective on this matter is slightly one sided as this is the first time I have done anything similar to signing up for online shopping.
