My first and initial impressions of the Pick 'n Pay website is that there is an overload of information. The main (index) page contains links to CSI initiatives, Competitions, Recipes, Magazines etc.
The layout and hierarchy of the coloured buttons does not make sense. KITCHEN followed by ABOUT US, INVESTOR RELATIONS, HEALTH & NUTRITION and so on...
The SHOPPING link can also easily be confused with the online shopping link...
I believe the best attribute of this website is the online-shopping section, the problem is that the link to that section is cluttered by all the other links and buttons begging for the user's attention.

Good observations but try to justify your observations. Maybe refer to some theory or compare it to another site?
