the all important first impressions

Although this its not my first engagement with PnP, as I've frequently shopped at their stores, this is the first time I've used the web site. I browsed the pages of the site trying to ascertaining the the objectives of the site and I think they themselves are unsure.
The buttons that are given the prime position and draw the most attention are not necessarily the buttons that most of the users will need. According to Nausher Rahman if the online sales were a store it wold be the second largest store in the country, which would mean that hundreds of people use the site daily to do their shopping. And how many people do you suppose log on to the site each day to find out Pick 'n Pays investor relations or about the company. And yet those buttons sit proudly at the top of the page. Even when i clicked on the "Shopping" button, which took a few times because the hit area is smaller than the button, I still couldn't actualy buy anything.
So i guess what I'm saying is that my first online Pick 'n Pay experience was pretty disapointing.
