Intentions
For this project we aim to study Pick 'n Pay as a brand based on the following criteria:
We will be analyzing Pick 'n Pay's online presence and compare it to their Local and International competitors.
We will be analyzing and testing the Pick 'n Pay website in terms of Design, Focus, Functionality and Intention and assess what it's Business Objectives are and whether they are being met.
We will also identify the tasks that a Pick 'n Pay customer may want to complete online and set out certain objectives to test the functionality of the site.
